Growing Up Greene's Foster Care Comfort program is a collection of several smaller projects that work together to provide foster children with a head start on their journey.  Comfort Packs are backpacks filled with toiletries and personal items that give foster kids and their foster families some breathing room.  Xander friends from the Lavender Life Company give every foster kid a calming stuffed animal friend, perfect for hugging.

The Pillow Project gives every foster child a travelsize MyPillow and a handsewn pillowcase, made by local volunteer seamstresses.  Growing Up Greene also holds backpacks loaded with school supplies, a collection of car seats and mobile cribs, and books for every age and interest.
